Thank you for discovering or using SlideFill (“AutoSkaled”, “SlideFill”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You trust us with our data and we are committed to protecting your Data and your right to privacy. We want to protect your privacy. SlideFill follows law and legislation set in the European Union. We want to be GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant, which means:
- All Data is used in accordance with the sole goal for which the Data was provided. We will not use more Data than necessary.
- We have measures in place to protect your personal Data. Data will not be provided to third parties outside the scope of section 4 and 6.

2. Privacy Policy Consent
In general: When visiting the Sites you will have the choice to accept our Privacy Policy in order to improve your experience.
By accepting our Privacy Policy mentioning: “By clicking “Accept All Cookies”, you agree to the storing of cookies on your device to enhance site navigation, analyze site usage, and assist in our marketing efforts. You accept our privacy policy.“, you declare you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy. This permission and consent can be revoked at any time by emailing hello@slidefill.com.
3. What information do we collect?
3.1 Voluntary Data Provision
In general: We may collect contact, professional, credential, payment and other data which you voluntarily provide in order to improve our offerings and your experience.
We collect data that is voluntarily provided by the User to us when registering at the Sites expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our Product or Service, when participating activities on the Sites (such as but not limited to participating in competitions, contests, giveaway, forums or questions and answers) or when contacting us (such as but not limited to emailing, chatting, video and/or video calling or support).
All Data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such Data.
The Data that we collect depends on the context of your interaction with us and the Sites, the choices you make and the products and features you use. In general we collect the following information:
3.2 Contact Data
Depending on your interaction, we may collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, current job title, current employer, current department and similar contact information.

3.3 Professional Data
Depending on your interaction, more specifically when you are representing a business or acting on behalf of a business, we may collect additional information related to the company such as: company name, website, email address, postal address, size, industry, market, intended use case of SlideFill and similar professional information.

3.4 Credential Data
For authentication we may collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and Account access.
Use case: Facilitate the creation, account retrieval and logon process for the Sites
3.5 Payment Data
When you interact with a paid version of our Product and/or you want to obtain a Subscription (“Subscription”, “License”, “Plan”) we may collect payment Data such as but not limited to: credit card name, number, expiration date, CVV, CVC, bank account number or similar payment information.
Use case: Payment authorization, payment processing, purchasing process
3.6 Automatically Collected Data
Some information may be automatically collected whenever you visit, navigate or use the Sites. This information is Non-Personally Identifiable Information such as device and usage information, IP address, browser, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Sites and other technical information.

We may obtain Data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.

4. Who will your information be shared with?
In general: We may share Data with first and thirst parties in order to be able to provide and improve the functionality of the Sites.

- Directors, employees, contractors and agents of SlideFill for communication, enhance user experience, support, sales, marketing
- Google for allowing Users to connect their third-party accounts
- Stripe for payment authorization, payment processing, purchasing process
- Google for allowing Users to connect their third-party accounts
- Google, Meta and other social media platforms for marketing and analytics
- Klaviyo for communication, email marketing and newsletters
- Plesk for databases and storage
5. How do we use your data?

5.1 Business Purposes
Data collected via our Sites is used for a variety of business purposes. We process your Data for legitimate business interest, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.
The specific processing grounds and purposes for which we use the information we collect or receive are outlined below:
5.2 Communication, enhance user experience, support, sales, marketing
We may use your Data to send you product, service, marketing, sales, offers, new feature information and/or information about changes related to our Product, Terms, conditions and policies. We also may use your Data for other Business Purposes, including but not limited to: data analysis, usage trends, effectiveness of promotional campaign, improve our Sites, products, services, marketing and your experience; create contracts, order forms or proposals; and the transitioning of Data into Non-PII Data.
5.3 Facilitate the creation, account retrieval and logon process for the Sites
We may use your Data in order to allow you to create an Account, log in to SlideFill and retrieve a lost Account. You can choose to link your Account with us to a third party account (SNS), we use the Data you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and access.
5.4 Payment authorization, payment processing, purchasing process
We may use your Data in order to allow you to purchase a Subscription, License or Plan through our payment authorization and processor Stripe.
5.5 Security, operations of our Sites, enhance user experience, reporting and analytics
We may use your Data in order to analyze the operations of our Sites, create reporting and analytics in order to make decisions and improvements with the goal to enhance your User experience.
5.6 Google API Data
SlideFill’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Will your data be shared with anyone?
In general: We may share Data with your consent to comply with laws, legal, protect your rights or other business obligations.
Your Data may be processed or shared based on the following:
6.1 Consent basis
When specific consent has been provided by you to process your Data for a specific purpose.
6.2 Legitimate basis
When it is reasonably necessary to achieve legitimate business objectives.
6.3 Contractual performance basis
When an Agreement is established with the User, we may process your Data to adhere to the terms of our Agreement.
6.4 Legal basis
When we are legally required to disclose your Data in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal progress, such as in response to a court order or subpoena, in order to meet national security, tax or law enforcement requirements.
6.5 Business basis
When we enter negotiations of any kind related to, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company we may share or transfer your Data in connection with the negotiation.
6.6 Breach of Contract basis
When we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, misuse, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person including yourself and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved. We may need to process your Data or share your Data when we have reasonable suspicion of breach of Terms of Service related to Free Use, Trial Subscription, Beta Releases, One-Time Fee License, License, Agreement, Subscription or Plan. This basis is not limited to section 8 and applies to the complete Terms of Service.
6.7 Vendors and Third-Party Service Providers
When we enter an agreement with third party vendors, service providers, contractors, interns or agents we may share your Data in order to allow them to perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to perform that work. Examples include but are not limited to: consulting, customer service, marketing efforts, hosting, email delivery, data analysis, advisory services.
When necessary, we may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Sites, which will enable them to collect Data about how you interact with the Sites over time. This Data may include Non-PII and PII Data and may be used to but not limited to: analysis, tracking, content performance, marketing performance, understanding user experience and behaviour on Sites.
Third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of this Data and are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing, or using the Data for any other purposes.
6.8 Not Sharing Data for Sell, Rent or Trade
We do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information or Data with third parties for their promotional purposes except when described in this policy.
8. Can I remove my data?
In general: You can request via our support page or hello@slidefill.com to remove all your Data
As a User of the Sites you have the right to be forgotten which allows you to withdraw your consent to store or process your Data. The withdrawal of the consent can be requested through our support page or via hello@slidefill.com. Your data will be deleted as per best knowledge and technical limitations permit.
The removal, deletion or suspension; by the User or the Company, of your Account, License, Plan, Subscription, Trial, Trial Subscription or Beta Release is not automatically deemed as an official request for deletion or an official withdrawal of your consent (collectively, “Official Request”).
The Official Request should contain:
- your first and last name;
- your physical or electronic signature;
- your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- the explicit request to remove your Data and/or withdrawal of consent with our Privacy Policy;
9. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
In General: We may collect cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your data.
We may use cookies, pixels and similar tracking technologies to access and store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is defined in our Cookie Policy.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Our Cookie Policy is an integrated part of our Privacy Policy and subsequently of our Terms of Service.
10. Do we collect data from minors?
In general: We take reasonable efforts to prevent the collection and do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
As per section 1 of our Terms of Service, we have strict policies for individuals under 18 years or (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Sites or Service). We do not knowingly collect or process Data from individuals under 18 years of age.
If we learn that Data from users less than 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Sites or Service) has been collected, stored or processed, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to remove such Data from our records.
If we learn consent was obtained before the age of 18 years (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Sites or Service) and the individual turned 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Sites or Service) in the meantime, the consent will be deemed invalid and the same actions as above will be taken.
The individual will be required to provide consent again (since turning the age of 18 years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the website) if the further use of the Sites is desired.

11. How do we keep your Data safe?
In general: We aim to protect your data through reasonable technical and organizational security measures.
SlideFill has implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of any Data we collect, store or process. While we do our best to protect your Data, the provision, transmission to and from our Sites is at your own risk.
We request precaution of our Users to access our Services and the Sites within a secure environment at all times.
12. What are your privacy rights?
In general: We aim to adhere to specific governmental privacy acts, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) in California, United States of America, The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe, s.3 of the European Union (Withdrawal Act) 2018 (the “UK GDPR”) in the United Kingdom and the Australia’s Privacy Act 1988 in Australia.You have right that allow you greater access to and control, such as review, change or terminate, your account and data at any time.
Under applicable data privacy, protection and other laws, you have certain rights related to the access and control of your Data. Our Privacy Policy is created in accordance with the rights defined in the:
- California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)
- The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)
- s.3 of the European Union (Withdrawal Act) 2018 (the “UK GDPR”)

- the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, known as Automatic Decision Making. Please note that we currently do not employ any Automatic Decision-Making processes in providing the Services.
- the right to submit a complaint to any applicable regulatory authority about our processing activities.
- the right to opt-out of us sharing (as defined in the California Privacy Rights Act) your Data, including for direct marketing purposes, subject to certain legal exceptions.
We may use additional processes to verify your identity before we reveal or delete any of your Data, including two-factor or two-step authentication measures to ensure we can identify you or as outlined in section 8 of this Privacy Policy.
This list may not include all of your rights under applicable laws. If you believe you have additional rights, please contact us using the methods in this Privacy Policy.
Further, although we currently do not process Data without consent, if we at any time in the future process Data without your express consent, you may opt-out or withdraw consent at any time.
Please note that exercising any of the above rights may limit or eliminate our ability to provide you our services. If so, we may terminate our services due to such requests.
We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of your written request, we will provide you with a copy of your information, although in certain limited circumstances we may not be able to make all relevant information available to you, such as where that information also pertains to another user. In such circumstances we will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request.
Please also note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you messages for administrative or other purposes directly relating to your use of our services, and you cannot opt-out from receiving those messages while continuing to use our services.

In General: This Privacy Policy might be updated in order to stay compliant with relevant laws. Users will be notified about changes.
In order to stay up to date with relevance laws, we may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. The Privacy Policy includes the date of the last update and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible on the Sites.
We may notify you either by notice on the Sites, request reconfirmation of consent on the Sites or by directly sending you a notification. It’s encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to stay informed of how we are protecting your information.
Regardless of changes, we ask to reconfirm your preferences at least once every 31 (thirty one) days. In the case no new or updated preferences are provided, the last preferences are effective until otherwise communicated by the User.
